Advanced Colloquium: Clinical Issues in Professional Practice
Ingrid Rose, Ph.D.
This colloquium offers long-term and depth orientations into clinical presentations and how to work with them. Topics such as suicidality, depression, anxiety, control, sexual abuse, extreme states, and others will be explored from a clinical perspective. Applying clinical perspectives to Process Work and its applications will also be a focus. Participants will have the opportunity to present cases for discussion and exploration.

Organizational Crystallization
Arny Mindell, Ph.D.
This class is open to everyone and will focus on organizational case supervision. People wanting to present a business, community, social action, or organizational situation should write Arny ahead of time. The focus will be on community learning and assisting individuals and/or teams to facilitate social, financial, and world situations using the dreaming and essence background. Organizational Supervision includes coaching issues, team supervision, and group issues and structures. This class is done in connection with the M.A. in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change program.

Body Symptoms, Process Mind, and Allostasis: Theory, Practice, and the Open Seat

This class combines theory and practice.Theoretical study connects medicine, psychology and symptom experiences. Practice includes demonstrations of process oriented symptom work and training dyads using new dream and body methods that can be widely practiced. Frequently Asked Questions: Since the publication of “Dreambody“, “Working with the Dreambody Body”, and the “Quantum Mind and Healing“, many people have asked about their body symptoms. ” How can I deal best with symptoms, fears and pain? Should I use normal or alternative medicine or processwork? What is the dreambody, and how does it fit into the present version of process work in use today? Show me how to deal with my symptoms. What is life?

The three classes

II. Dreambody Vector Entanglement +Nonlocality Symptoms and fate
III. Symptoms, Mysticism and Origins of Life Least allostatic action answer the above and other basic questions about the approach to the body in process work (or process oriented psychology). You will find updated theories and practices including, but not limited to:

  • Shamanism and nonlocality
  • Quantum +process mind
  • Homeostasis and allostasis
  • Origin of life experiences

Expect in each 3 hour class, about 1/3 theory, 1/3 demonstration and 1/3 practice.

Advanced Colloquium: Kink, Porn, Affairs, and Other Relationship Challenges

This class is distance only and will use Internet, email, video, and teleconference technology to study a continuum of sexual behaviors, including experimentation, cyber-infidelity, lookism, and compulsion. We will examine how "being out of control" sexually can be a metaphor, and will address political issues usually relevant to sex related therapy.

Diplomate Supervision and Case Discussion

This case discussion teleconference class is an opportunity for those of us practicing, teaching, and using Process Work around the world to sharpen our skills, expand our understanding of Process Work and its diverse applications, work on the complexities of teaching, training, and developing learning communities, and connect with and learn from other diplomates around the world. Course times will be alternated to accommodate world time zone differences. Classes can be taken separately.

Sacred Essence: Case Consultation for Caregivers

This teleconference case consultation class will focus on finding solutions to patients' problems, care-giving dilemmas, and caregiver care. We will also practice techniques to bring awareness and meaning to clients in unusual states of consciousness, provide methods to unfold and gain new insight from these states, and tie these insights to daily life, relationships, and community life. For nurses, chaplains, social workers, physicians, and other professional, family, and volunteer caregivers that work with people in states of memory loss, dementia, delirium, autism, depression, traumatic brain injury, vegetative state, and coma.

Three Altered States of the Process Mind

"Following process" means following the nature of individuals and groups in terms of three specific states of consciousness: nonlocality, bi-locality, and space-time awareness. A "how to" course for working with organizations and businesses. We'll explore how to get clients, build rapport, and work with the personal issues that emerge when working in unfamiliar contexts. We'll look at different organizational development "interventions" - coaching, open forums/open space technologies, classroom learning, and team building.
