Addictions, Myth and Metaskills
A Practicum
How are addictions mythical and what's the point of knowing the
mythical underpinnings of an addiction? How does becoming familiar
with the induced altered state of an addiction help me work with
my client? In answering these questions we'll review a range of
Process-oriented clinical interventions, explore familiar and
new metaskills and develop our abilities and awareness through
discourse, exercises, case studies and supervision.

in Conflict: Facilitating Group and Community Conflict
As unpleasant as conflict may be, beneath it lays the key
to security and cooperation. Conflicts can lead us to our common
root and become a swift path to self-knowledge, relationship and
community. Process Work focuses on awareness rather than action
as a tool for unlocking conflict's potential. It teaches us to
harness altered states as powerful tools for transformation. Its
model of rank and privilegeprovides a path to identifying with
the deepest source of power, while preventing escalation. This
group facilitation course will present a precise methodology and
accompanying skills to befriend and facilitate conflict in small

and Facilitation Issues in Health Care I: The Power of Beliefs
Individual care givers have diverse beliefs, philosophical ideas,
