Welcome to a weekend of practice in (1) the implementation of the concept of deep democracy as an analytical tool for any process; (2) the application of the principle of deep democracy when in conflictual scenes, both inner and outer; (3) using deep democracy as a metaskill in both professional and personal life in our human and environmental interactions. We shall employ a range of process tools from signals and structure to sentience to processmind and work on all levels of interaction from innerwork to dyads and group process. The subject will be chosen by the tao of the moment decided by the pen or by consensus.
