What is calling you, trying to catch your attention through your body symptoms? Is it genetic, contagious or accidental? Is it a spirit, a piece of the processmind locked away by consciousness? Medicine helps, but often focusing on your "whole life process" brings relief. Perhaps "your true nature", like the spirit in the bottle, is a HEALING SHAMAN, and wants to explore Questions about Life, and what, how and why you are here!
Our real body is influenced to a great extent and merges with our dreaming, that is our dreaming body experience. Being able to process this experience which is often "bottled up" in symptoms, can reduce fear and increase the significance of body experience.
These 3 classes stress the importance of 1st person, phenomenological body experience. Expect in each class, besides the class theme, 1 hour of theory, 1 hour working with people in the middle, and 1 hour personal work dyads -for time to work on symptoms
These 3 classes are open to all, and can be heard and seen in Portland, and at a distance through video streaming.
