Facilitation is a role that belongs to all of us, and inner work is the key that opens the door to the field of group process.  You will explore and unfold your own subjective experiences:  biases, moods, disturbances and inner conflicts as related to the group.  We'll use both dreaming and sentient levels of reality to work with your edges and marginalized group experiences, learning to utilize your own selves for the facilitation and benefit of the whole.
