Join me for an embodied excursion into a remarkable dance between Processwork and Aikido, two practices that intentionally cultivate awareness.  From Processwork comes a useful framework for both mapping and exploring the body’s role in this transformative process.  Nonfalling practices from Aikido advise on alignment, integrity, and presence—simply, finding one’s center.  As the two practices work together and dance together, they cocreate a vibrant learning environment, where all of our many parts, familiar and known, and those yet to be discovered, may be explored.
