She has taught processwork and conducted seminars in more than 20 countries, many international centers incl. Findhorn, Esalen, Naropa, Omega, and has co-founded Processwork Centers in USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Scandinavia.

Jytte's greatest passion is to facilitate change and transformational processes with individuals, couples and groups. She is currently completing a book on change that focuses on why change is so difficult for so many of us. It explores the hurts and disappointments we all have experienced on some level and how they structure our lives, relationships and world experiences and thus become part of a self-organizing, self-perpetuating system that often prevents the change needed to live the life that seems most authentic to our deepest sense of self.

Jytte has trained management groups of Fortune 500 companies, State Agencies, and Educational Institutions on diversity issues, leadership training, conflict management and resolution, group work, and has lead extensive leadership trainings.

For her doctoral dissertation "Beyond Guilt and Innocense; Towards a Process-oriented Criminology," she researched her case studies in Maximum Security Prisons and Juvenile Correctional Institutions in the US, Japan and Austarlia, where she, together with Max Schupbach, demonstrated the impact of her research in work with individuals and groups of inmates, staff members, prison psychologists, and leadership. She has lectured at the the Department of Criminology at Copenhagen University, and is currently training the leaders of the Scandinavian Crime Prevention System in conflict management.
