Kara is a certified process worker and has a masters of arts in process work. She is originally from Australia and has lived in Portland since 1996. She has a background in Environmental Studies and Natural Therapy. She loves nature, art, craft and creativity and finding ways to bring art and dreaming into everyday life. She is interested in applying process work to education, organizational and administrative work, health and body symptoms and relationship processes. She likes coaching individuals in developing life skills and a sense of direction and meaning.
