Kas is a Certified Process Worker who enjoys teaching and working with people both personally and in groups. Kas is also a Qualified Mental Health Practitioner and is experienced in agency work. Her current interests are extreme states of consciousness, mental health, and addiction issues. In her pursuit of a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, she is researching how marginal states of consciousness can be used therapeutically for healing.

Kas has been a counselor for the past 16 years and has a private practice. She is excited by people's growth into liking themselves more, their ability to overcome obstacles, to unfold unusual experiences, and to connect with personal passions. She herself is passionate about diversity and the empowerment of marginal experiences.

Kas is fascinated by the unpredictability of everyday life, both the creative and the mundane, and she enjoys spinning her bicycle wheels around and about.
