Lesli Mones is a process-oriented therapist in private practice and an
organizational consultant and executive coach. Her central focus is
assisting individuals and teams to develop the self-awareness needed to
embrace and capitalize on conflict and use it as a springboard to innovative
solutions. She is especially interested in how awareness of rank and power
dynamics can help individuals/teams to become more accountable and get the
results they want.

When the days are sunny and warm, Lesli loves riding her bike and
gardening-she's also prone to having her nose is in a book trying to learn
something new.
