Paola Vidulich, PW. Dipl
Paola Vidulich is a highly collaborative leader who brings a unique, entrepreneurial perspective to building resilient organizations. With over 20 years of global experience spanning sustainability, technology, and education, she is a skilled conflict manager known for her deep cultural sensitivity and ability to forge strategic partnerships. Paola is certified mediator, an ex-Olympic athlete, and a Processwork Diplomate. She is founder of the process oriented video study software, Dreamaker.io and was previously the Director of Diploma and Cohort Experience Operations and Program Development at PWI. Paola was appointed Executive Director in January, 2026.

Jennifer Keyser, MLS
Librarian
Jennifer has over ten years of working in libraries, including academic, corporate, archives and public libraries, and even a brief stint as a bookmobile driver. In addition to helping library users connect with information, she has direct experience with the research process through assisting design companies with product and service development. Jennifer has called Portland home since 1994 and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, gardening and solving puzzles.
