Your Support Matters

The world needs changemakers

It needs artists who see what others miss, mystics who hold what cannot be explained and facilitators who can guide communities through conflict, crisis and transformation. Process Work Institute (PWI) training develops exactly these capacities. We believe it should be available to everyone called to this work, regardless of financial means.

That’s our commitment. And it’s only possible because of donors like you.

What You're Really Funding

When you give to PWI, you are:

The investment in every student ripples out. Training individuals and professionals who have the skills to transform families, organizations, communities and the world.

Be a Part of Something Larger

As a social psychologist and past member of the Obama Administration Social and Behavioral Science Team, my Master’s degree from PWI enabled me to employ innovative facilitation skills in my work on a variety of projects focused on climate communication and applying psychology to support climate solutions in public policy, NGOs, research, and consulting settings.

Irina Feygina

Public Policy

I am a consultant who lives in South Africa and has been working in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion since 2001. My Master’s degree in conflict facilitation at PWI deepened my skills to work in this area. It provided me with additional tools and gave me the confidence to continue to work in this challenging area.

Zed Xaba

Diversity Consultant

I am currently a clinical director, supervisor, and therapist at a group practice that focuses on supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Portland. I can’t overstate how impactful this degree has been in my day-to-day competency as a mental health professional and how greatly it has contributed to my leadership in working with organizational dynamics such as antiracism initiatives.

thank you

You make it possible

PWI has built something rare: a rigorous, transformative training program that refuses to let money be the final word on who gets to participate. Every scholarship awarded, every equity rate extended, every sliding scale offered are acts of faith in human potential.

Your donation makes that faith possible.

Every gift, at every level, matters.
